1. Services + Scope of Practice

All services offered are educational and integrative in nature. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological conditions. Our services are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.

2. Client Responsibility

By booking a session or engaging with content, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own health and well-being.

• You understand this work is not clinical psychotherapy or medical treatment.

• You will consult with a licensed professional as needed.

3. Session Policies

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a full-session fee.

• Services may be rescheduled or discontinued at our discretion for any reason, including ethical or safety concerns.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including frameworks, writings, and visual materials—is the intellectual property of Gina Ruccione unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute content without express written permission.

5. Liability
